- Better filtration of impurities (and ash)
- Reduced chances of inhaling mold or bacteria

Bongs are the old-school way to smoke your buds and get buzzed in the healthiest way possible!
How to Use a Bong
There’s a little bit of a ritual when it comes to smoking out of a bong. Here’s a quick rundown of the steps.
Preparing the Bong and Buds
First, you’ll want to fill the bong with water and/or ice. Do not fill past the hole where the bowl connects to the bong. No one likes to taste the bong water splashing back up!
Then, take out your bud and grind up enough to put into the bowl. If you don’t have a grinder, you can break it up with your fingers.
Light the Pipe
Once you have water and ganja in the pipe, it’s time to put flame to it! Put your mouth on the mouthpiece and inhale as you put the flame over the bowl. This draws smoke into the neck of the bong.
Inhale and Exhale
After you fill the bong with smoke, pull the bowl stem out of the bong and inhale all that smoke into your lungs! If you cant get it all in one go, hold your hand over the top to hold the smoke in until you can exhale and go back in for another hit.
If you want, get a small bong from a reputable online smoke shop and try it out a few times before you hit a bong in public. That way you can build up your confidence level.
Why Live a Boring Life When You Can Set It on Fire?
There’s a reason why many long terms smokers gravitate towards using bongs. It’s a clean smoke that gets cooler before hitting your lungs and packs a punch when you clear the pipe!
Like any new skill, learning to smoke with a bong can take some practice. So, don’t feel bad if you’re not a pro after the first smoking session!
