Details about buying the DVD from Amazon
Hey all –
Couple of important things about the DVD:
1) Some other merchant bought a DVD from us and is now listing it for $69.99 on Amazon's site! And for some reason, he's the default listing. Don't buy it from them for that much money, that's crazy! To get to the legit sale, click on the link that says "New from $15.99" - don't use the normal add to cart amazon button.
2) Apparently people from outside the US are unable to get it shipped to them right now. We're working to get that fixed. You should be able to get it sent worldwide for an affordable shipping price!
Both of these things are being addressed by Amazon soon, we hope. Sorry!

Just ordered the dvd through Amazon...and I live in the Netherlands. No problems at all.

I am so happy that this is finnally out. Some one hooked me up with a bunch of taped concerts and bootleg mp3's of concerts. I have been pacing my self on what i listen to for that past three years. I am nearly out this dvd will recharge my collection
