Noooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh, this can not be it! Even my 2.5 yeear old daughter is in love with the latest album. See, there is potential... I am really, really bummed out about your decision. I want to thank you for your music which pumps me up, makes me feel relaxed, happy and angry. You guys are truely good guys to me. I wish you all the best. Hey Josh! Mr. Miyagi would say: "Man who catch fly with chopsticks accomplish anything." And I say: "Man, you can do it, just hang in there." Thank you.

dear friends!
i wanted to share with you all how excited i am to be able to tour Europe one last time with my friends in the BSF camp (this very much includes the band dudes as well as reverend rakus, the meathammer carlton, regina, flo flyswatter and gene the mulch mower...)
a big thank you already to everyone who will come out and turn this tour into a celebration with us. the last tour didn't feel like a final outing since Josh was missing and so it is a true blessing we can do this all together one more time with the complete line-up of BSF...
thank you and see you all out there!
be sure to come up to us before/after the shows and say hello!!!
love,
robert

They play on my birthday in Amsterdam, but that's so far away :-(
Posted by: Finwe at March 18, 2007 05:49 PM
Well, I'm not complaining a 2 and a half hour drive from my hometown in Belgium to Amsterdam, but I can imagine how it feels for all those people who have a lot more traveling to do. I'm sure that a few more shows in other locations, such as the UK, would definitely pay off (literally).
Anyway, good luck and see you in Amsterdam.

No love for england? :(
While it looks slim that i'll make it, thank you greatly for giving us the chance to see you guys one last time. I just regret that i've never actually seen you guys before and it looks like i never will :(

Posted by: grant at March 19, 2007 01:51 AM
Hey guys,
i have seen you more than ten times the last years.
I hop there will be 1 time following but i'm not sure whether i will be able to travel to one of the confirmed cities.
Anyway it's a good idea to come to europe again for a last time as bsf.
Posted by: David at March 19, 2007 08:41 AM
hey everyone!
i wanted to apologize to all the beautiful cities we're not able to play on this very last european tour. if we would've played all the great places this band was granted to see & play over the last 12 years this tour would never end ; )
we only have limited time due to other musical projects, work, families, you name it...so this is what we were able to come up with in a very short amount of time. we sincerly hope you understand we did what was possible to make this tour happen and again: apologies if your city is not among the few listed above.
come to the show closest to you and if not, then i'm sure we see you all in the future somehow with our numerous projects : )
love,
robert

Dear Nathan, Robert, Chad, Josh, and Matt.
Philidelphia will be amazing. Please post that date ASAP.
However, Boston would be even more amazinger. We have a good scene if you go to the right place. I can book you guys if you want me to (hint hint)
But I will definately try my hardest to get to Phili and meet you guys (finally)
Posted by: Henry Slocum at March 19, 2007 03:13 PM
yay, I am sooo happy that you're gonna tour again :) I wanted to go see your show in Dortmund last year but couldn't cause it was my cousin's Birthday and she would've been pissed off if I hadn't shown (Family goes first!):( But now Wiesbaden is even better for me cause it's a much shorter drive :D Can't wait to finally see you guys!
Btw: liking thecastingout, too ;)

when i heard there is not one UK date on the last european tour im pretty much crushed.
i was so, so overjoyed and excited when i heard i can see you one last time.
the last time i saw you was at reading festival and that wasnt the situation i wanted to be in when i said goodbye to one of my favourite bands.
please, please, please come to the uk for one date at least, im willing to drive anywhere.
youre doing 6 in germany, its only fair!
please.

SWEDEN! please!
You guys are great, saw you last year during my vacation in Dublin.
But please, one last show in Sweden.
Posted by: Chris at March 19, 2007 05:54 PM
man.. i would go to the closest show if it made any difference -- yet again, no portugal dates and there are no affordable (and i mean "under $120", which is far more than i am supposed to spend on a show) ways to get to any of the shows.. man, even spain or france would make it so much easier for us silly people who would go on a 2 or 3 day journey just to see a band live.
yet another band that's gonna go before i got to see them live. sigh..
Posted by: darkdog at March 19, 2007 08:47 PM
Guy seriously you NEED to play the UK one last time.
You have massive support here.
If needed I can hook you up with a show, a place to stay, a rehearsal studio...whatever!!
Please, it would mean so much for so many people.
x
Posted by: Phil - GHC at March 19, 2007 10:44 PM
the last tour is a rush, and that's not a good situation for a last tour.
6 times germany is not fair, i know you have a big fan base there, but you play on a festival in germany, you could play a club show in another country cause on that festival like 5% of the people wil see you, and know you.
perhaps you could make more time, more dates, make more people happy ;)
it's not good that the last thing people hear about you is bad (except for the tour country's).
i know you gonna read this mail, but i don't think it's gonna change your tour, what can i say, please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow i was so upset to hear about josh! BSF has been my favorite band since i saw the dvd that came with tomorrow come today and ive only seen you guys once in norfolk va. it was a couple years ago, you opened for from atumnn to ashes. i got to meet josh, got to sign my shirt and told him i love the music, even showed him the BSF tatoo on my forearm, so when i heard wut happened it fuycked me up. But i hope he gets this and knows that me and my friends in virginia are praying for him. best wishes, kurt

Tecnically the UK was going to have the last shows ever on that side of the ocean in september........so consider yoursleves lucky............needless to say..things just didn't work out that way. people complain a lot....when you have so much to be thankful for...........just remember what it's all about. This is a last tour for Josh namely because he didn't have one, and deserves it. Don't tarnish that with nonsense.---may be you can figure out who this is.............................

that would be so cool, and would be a happy end for me.the tree shows would be more than 2000 km, but this is my last change and i only live once so (holland, saarbrucken, leipzig, hamburg), holland is no problem, it's not that difficult to buy tickets.

You guys have been my favorite band ever since I heard "vehicle" and "resection". Then when "the day the sun went out" came out... geez. My favorite album of all time. I know you guys are working on a final PA show. I live in chicago and will have to make the drive out if you don't do any other US shows. You guys used to rock the fireside bowl so hard. I wish you would do a final US tour for all your fans. You guys will be greatly missed. No one can do it like you do it. Good luck with the new band. The power remains the same

and because i wanted to thank you not only over the internet but in real live, i would like to ask if its possible to be on the guest list in zürich or something like this. so we can have a beer together, that would be the perfect finish for me. you can contact me on: keeper [a.t] gmx [dot] ch

and I also want you ask you to play -with every intention-
it was last year in saarbrücken (märz)
soooooooo great; and yes it is one of the most beautiful hidden tracks ever.
thank you Olli

...and for that matter, while it's wish-time: please don't import anything like the intro to "Walk Astray". If you're planning to open the set with this song, why don't you just place some guy with a guitar onstage and see what happens? And if all else fails, I'd even do it! At least in Herten...
Posted by: MH at March 27, 2007 07:22 AM
funny, i just wanted to suggest to open your concerts with "Walk Astray", cause i remember how cool it was to totally freak out when the acoustic melody ended the the hardcore began :D
but each to his own... start with whatever you want ;)
Posted by: SparkInTheNight at March 27, 2007 08:04 AM
Well, you got me wrong. I like "Walk Astray" very much. But on last year's tour the acoustic intro of that song wasn't played live, just like parts some other songs (the beginning of "Falling Out Theme", for example). And I honestly don't like that,.. playback sucks.
Posted by: MH at March 27, 2007 08:20 AM

Posted by: arjan at March 31, 2007 08:48 PM
Well.....you should try also a tour in Latin America. We'd heard it was almost certain you would play here before you parted...I even bought the national version of the misery index. I don't know how likely it could be...it would be just awesome.
:]

there seems to be a lot of people posting on here disappointed at there being no UK shows, and I am one of them.
So, maybe a bunch of the UK guys should all get together, hire a minibus, and hit the whole goddamn tour! Like, leave from London or something, and follow the guys to all the shows? Just a thought, but would there be interest in this sort of a roadtrip?
Posted by: Phil at April 2, 2007 09:34 AM
yess, see you in saarbücken!!
take care ;)
Posted by: madeleine at April 2, 2007 12:26 PM
how about playing "phone call 4 a.m."? such a pitty you didnt put in on the misery index, would be great to hear it at your final concerts though :-)
Posted by: tammtamm at April 2, 2007 02:40 PM
please play at the groezrock in belgium. there is one slot free now ;))
Posted by: klusen at April 3, 2007 08:50 AM
yeah thursday is not coming.
and thurday was playing in the uk, france, belguim,... coutry's where you don't come yet.
groezrock is one of the biggest punk/hardcore/emo/ska/... festivals in europe, every year there are more people not from belguim, than belguim people, so it's an international audiance.
i know that you don't have time,... but you would make a lot of fans happy, that couldn't come to germany.
this is the program for groezrock:
FRIDAY
Enter Shikari - Gallows - Saosin - Senses Fail - Stretch Arm Strong - Big D & The Kids Table - No Turning Back - Caliban - Death By Stereo - Motion City Soundtrack - All American Rejects - New Found Glory
SATURDAY
Death Before Disco - Cancer Bats - Hit The Lights - Full Blown Chaos - Streetdogs -
Deadline - The Ataris - The Bronx - MxPx - Aiden - Mad Caddies - Sparta - Tiger Army
Terror - Rise Against - Converge - Strung Out - Thursday - Ignite - Hatebreed - Lagwagon - Jimmy Eat World - Lostprophets
and by the way josh, i'm i on the guestlist or not ;)??? david_arickx@hotmail.com
Posted by: arickx david at April 3, 2007 01:12 PM
Saturday has a good lineup David...
Converge, The Bronx (the singer is too laid back for my taste but damn he has a good voice), Tiger Army, Sparta, fucking Rise Against...damn i'd sell my grandma to be there ;)
Posted by: misericorde at April 3, 2007 02:24 PM
Hey guys,
We're wondering why there's no concert planned in Belgium! You have a lot of fans here too and you can play in so many music halls like Hof Ter Loo (great one :)). It really is a shame! Hoping for a little miracle nonetheless.. Wish you guys a lot of success on your tour.
Posted by: Bram and Dana at April 3, 2007 07:07 PM
and belguim is back in the running hehehehe
this is not only a forum for the motherf*cking germans ;)
