still touring europe
dear diary,
internet access...finally. oh how i missed the bits and bites and all the 0 and 1 and whatever else the matrix of these digital days provides us with...so we're in germany now and to say we've been blown away by all the shows so far is putting it really mildly...it's been fucking amazing!!!
first and foremost a big thank you to all of you who took the time to come out to the shows so far...we truly appreciate it.
we had a beautiful evening in amsterdam, followed by a salsa night where my friend anna from eurotaph (the european division of epitaph records) tried to teach me how to dance salsa...
i failed but it was a lot of fun...night ended around 8 am and yes, it was also st. patricks day which led us to an irish pub close by and i bonded with my non-existing irish heritage and overall it was a blast...so thanx a-dam!
now we're back in germany and of course i'm stoked and things couldn't be better...

Guys...you don´t just send - YOU GET HEARD! ! ! Started to hear & see you in Cologne 2000: for € 5 => you have tripled the price by now, but thats still worth every dime (I guess you are still selling to cheap:-). THANK YOU for the gig in Dortmund.

I was so overwhelmed of the show in Saarbrücken yesterday. It was so awesome. The Parachutes were great and their baseplayer was very strange and kind of dangerous.... poor singer... ouch...that must have hurt....
And then Tribute to Nothing... I love them.... They are amazing....I have to buy their cd....They were fucking brilliant ;)
And then you came.....wow... i was a bit surprised that Nathan is such small.... but sooooooooooo cute....nice smile :).... and Robert was cute too...but he just smiled at me once..... Ich liebe dich, Robert ;) Okay I love you all.....
I was very sad that I couldn’t join the after show party.... and that I could’t give the greats of my mother and Julia to Nathan.....
I wanna mary you, boysetsfire! All of you.... (and the singer of Tribute to Nothing! ;) )

The shows (in Dortmund and Saarbrücken) were amazing... Back in december I didn't like Tribute To Nothing but now I do!
I'm glad that you play such a long and good set again... thx for that...

Well... That Show yesterday in Saarbrücken was one of the Greatest concerts i´ve ever seen in my life. The fact that you care about "us" was nice ^^ Like the Little break with the !!!AMAZING!!! accoustics --> Without that I think i would not be here anymore :) *smile* It was an honor to be in that crowd, jumping, screaming, singing with your Music and you guys. Yesterday´s setlist was also great (i just missed "Eviction Article" and "Nostalgic for G.")
So at least I have to say that it is great how "close" you get with your Fans! On the concert, as a fan, you feel that you guys love your Music, that you want to tell us something, and arent just doing it for the money!
Well... Thanks a lot... i hope you will return to Germany as soon as possible! So long we will keep OUR Problems in sight and love our families. But after that we will share our time with you, remember the great concert, and listen to your amazing Music. Cya

Awesome show guys! And I think the crowd was awesome too (much better than the last time, I think there was Rock am Ring the same day...)!

and i couldn't imagine that there could be a scenery where you give me chills like this again!
but guys:i felt it the whole night like that and i danced and threw myself around like i never threw myself around before!
it was the best concert i was at i could say!the hole night was a experience with a lot of different aspects and sounds that touched my heart very deep and made me emotionally explode ( in a positive way)!and nathan's voice is fucking amazing!(how did this guy get such a great voice???)

You guys are trully awsome! I am hooked on your music. Your lyrics are the most influential i have ever heard. I started listening to you because of my brother, and to tell you the truth i was not very hooked on you back then...But it all changed for some reason, once i read deep into your lyrics....the music became meaningful, and i had to hear more. I then began to listen more and more, and I finally got your new album, which is my favorite out of all of them, it is really really amazing. Any way just wanted to praise you, and thank you.

A friend who has been listening to BSF for years dragged me down to Regensburg show on July 3rd. All I can say is what a great show and you've got a new fan! That was one of the best live shows I've seen in years! You guys seriously rock.
By the way, I think we may have been the only Americans in the crowd. I loved the looks we got when people overheard our English. Even heard a few 'America sucks' comments which is becoming commonplace since moving to Germany two months ago. Georgie boy has done a bang-up job on bolstering the American rep all over the globe! (sarcasm)
So, after getting lost as hell due to bad internet driving directions, getting the stare-down from complete strangers all night, getting pulled over by the polizei after the show and administered a breathalizer test (passed with flying colors), I'd say it was fully worth it. Thanks for the good times and the great music!

Yeah Show in Regensburg really rocked. Also "Kanzari s middle Kata" sucked. You shouldn`t think we just got band like this.
